在這城市，說起鏞記，就想起燒鵝。 這酒家已 70 歲，仍老當益壯。每天烹煮 300 隻燒鵝，讓午˴晚市在門外大排長龍的餓客大飽口福。
濃香多汁的鏞記燒鵝，鵝肉包在一層薄薄的脆皮下， 皮下夾着一點油脂。 燒鵝紅肉味濃，配上塗上蜜糖的烤鵝皮，格外可口。 不妨來一碗米線，與燒鵝拼起來，是不錯的輕便午餐。
