DANSDANS: The Lounge.
Founded in 2005, DANSDANS is an organization comprised of emerging artists and their supporters. The group facilitates exhibition opportunities within Tokyo without curators or professional organizers. Artists range from nihonga painters to mixed-media artists who take part in the whole process of organizing an exhibition.
DANSDANS’ seventh exhibition, “The Lounge,” will take place from January 13 to the 27 on the 8th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower. Participating artists include Yasuo Ishimoto、Kotaro Isobe、Takashi Umeki、Masaya Umeki、Mihoko Ogaki、Mayumi Okabayashi、Shogo Kikuchi, Yusuke Sasaki、Yu Shinomiya、Akiko Setoguchi、Chisato Tanaka、Sachiko Nakazawa、Yuka Namekawa、Kazumasa Noguchi, Taku Hisamura、Shiho Fujii、Hisako Matsumoto、Akiko Muto、Hiroko Motoyama、and Keiki Yamada.
