Danish high design meets the psychedelic '60s. What's not to like?
Verner Panton's colorful, psychedelic and plastic-fantastic works will be on display at the Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery.
Quintessential Panton works including the Panton S Chair will be amongst the displayed. Visitors can also enter Panton's cave-like interiors which evoke Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odessey."
Admission to the exhibition is ¥1,000 for adults, ¥800 for university and high school students and ¥600 for junior high and elementary students.
