Stationed on the B1 level of the Roppongi Hills Metro Hat building, this lunch counter churns out fresh, expertly made burgers and sandwiches, prepared before your eyes by a hipster staff.
In addition to the standard burger, choose from options like the Honey Lemon Burger and the Fried Egg Burger, or a selection of vegetarian sandwiches, including a house-made veggie burger and a seven-veggie pita.
Orders are served in a basket with a handful of skinny fries which we like to wash down with root beer or their organic iced coffee.
