Kyusyu Jangara

Kyusyu Jangara's ramen may technically be 'fast food,' but slurping noodles and pork-bone soup with a beer on the side satisfies in a way McDonalds never can.

Famous for its Kyushu-style ramen noodles and pork fat that melts like butter in your mouth, Kyusyu Jangara has a queue that usually snakes down the street. The house recommends zembu-ire -- which means 'with everything' -- and we recommend that you add as many condiments as you like before digging in.

Kyusyu Jangara's ramen is the perfect post-nightclub meal, or more likely, a perfect antidote for the hangover the following morning.
