At dinner, immerse yourself in the jovial, loud and festive mood at this izakaya, where the fish are brought in fresh from Sagami Bay. With its laidback vibe, animated customers and reasonably priced menu, the restaurant feels like it should be located in a far-off harbor town, not the heart of Tokyo.
Kaikaya's original seafood dishes and fresh fish carpaccio are serious culinary feats. We advise the sesame-flavored cheesecake as the final move, but we also tend to like really good things.
