Popping out of a bamboo shutter onto Bourke Street is a small piece of contemporary Vietnam. The talented Nahji Chu has revolutionized the hole-in-the-wall hawker food experience. 

Her excellent rice paper rolls are the business’s staple, though pretty much everything is worth trying -- and priced so you can afford it.

It's finger food for the fussy; always simple, but so so tasty, and gloriously Asian.
