Zac gained his experience cooking alongside Aussie greats like Stephen Hodges (Fishface), Greg Doyle and Neil Perry.
Zac’s menu varies between beautiful beef and well-handled seafood, which makes for a torturous decision. Whilst you ponder, knock back a few from their contemporary cocktail list -- the signature Pine and Apple Grilltini is particularly amazing.
