Limousines in Singapore: Super-stretches finally come to the city

Previously unseen on Singapore roads, these rolling lounges are the latest way to say, 'I got mine'

Super stretch limousines in Singapore Warning: You may be temporarily blinded by paparazzi flashes while riding in the super-stretch Chrysler 300.

Long deprived by government restrictions on ultra-long cars, Singaporeans have only recently been able to roll like mack daddies in a Fiddy Cent video. And we're liking the feeling.

Lotus Limos
Roomier than many Singapore apartments. Better stereo, too.
With an eye on the 'I'm rich and I want to spend' crowd, bling-minded Lotus Limousines recently began renting out flashy, eight-meter-long Chrysler 300 super-stretch limousines outfitted with plush leather seats and twin LCD screens. Most impressive are the state-of-the-art audio systems capable of blasting the chrome off of lesser vehicles with a single surge of audio annihilation. Not the wattage required for basic airport transfers, perhaps, but pure gold when powered up for private parties, weddings, corporate dinners and other social events.

We admit it -- we love anything new. We love anything that reeks so unapologetically of 'status.' We love anything that makes people give themselves whiplash while turning around to look at us. We love these rides.

Lotus Limousine rates start at S$100 per person per hour, with an additional S$35 per hour, per person charge for a range of alcoholic beverages.
