Even if you've left your unruly days behind, you'll get your edge back at Rebel, a boutique club with an urban feel and pulsing hip hop beats that bring out the cool in everyone. Music comes courtesy of award-winning resident DJs. Guest DJs also make frequent appearances. But it's not only the music that screams attitude. Street art customized by Melbourne artist Meggs decorates the walls, upon which cooler-than-thou hipsters strike disaffected poses.

Touted as an 'Asian fusion bar,' Lunar aims to be the ultimate venue for live music. Depending on the night and mood, you'll hear Mandarin, Cantonese and English hits. Covering 15,000 square feet and with more than 150 pieces of contemporary Chinese pop art on display, goldfish lanterns, wall-to-ceiling hand-painted chrysanthemums and tasteful nude art on the ceiling, Lunar feels a lot like an art gallery. The Singapore bar also houses Yue, an elegant karaoke venue with plush furniture, dazzling chandeliers and stylish murals.
