First we can tell what there isn't at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts. There's no sensei-student mystic bond, no sagely David Carradine figure giving cryptic advice, no special effects to fake the blood and bruises, no "Eye of the Tiger" soundtrack roaring in the background.
What Evolve Mixed Martial Arts is though, is full-on, knuckle-cracking, blood-and-sweat contact sport, with hellish routines that’ll leave you feeling like a rag doll. But it's an experience worth the pain as you’ll be taught by Muay Thai world champions, Jiu-jitsu masters, and professional mixed martial arts fighters.
Not sure if Evolve Mixed Martial Arts is your thing? Figure it out first with their half-hour intro classes. Walk-ins are welcome and start at S$50 per session, or you can sign up for a package of S$500 for 15 sessions. Check with the gym for their monthly membership options.
