From the same team that brought you last year’s Snow White & The Seven Dwarves, Beauty and the Beast is a musical comedy filled with jokes, song and dance routines and... singing utensils. It’s pantomime season and, this year, W!ld Rice presents Beauty & The Beast. Directed by local comedian Hossan Leong, the classic fairy tale gets a modern twist and some local flavor with Emma Yong in the lead and RJ Rosales in the role of The Beast. So, are they more of a Beauty or a Beast in real-life? CNNGo finds out.
CNNGo: What brings out the Beauty and the Beast in you?
Emma Yong: It is always the person you are in a relationship with who gets to see the best and the worst sides of you!
RJ Rosales: I think love, kindness and being surrounded by the people I care about bring out the beauty in me. I have zero tolerance for negative and bitchy people so I guess that can bring out the beast in me.
