The Scarlet's secret to the best sleep ever
Hästens’ beds can be found in several hotels in the Europe, the UK and the U.S. and now in Asia at the Scarlet.The large hotel chains often tout the quality and luxury build of their beds and mattresses -- in fact one of the Westin hotels' many selling points are their Heavenly Beds, which they say has a "unique pillow-top design' that provides the foundation for deep, calming sleep." But the big chain names aren't the only ones with the luxury beds now. The Scarlet boutique hotel's Lavish Suite is the first in Asia to have the Hästens bed.
And what's Hästens? It's Sweden’s oldest manufacturer of beds and has its origins in the making of saddles and carriage furniture. Hästens beds are still handmade using only natural filling material such as horsehair, flax, wool and pine. In other words, they make really really good beds.
