Wala Wala Café Bar
A mix of rising and established local indie musicians play nightly on the second floor.

Throw on your old ratty tee, grab your best pals, and toss back a few drinks while listening local indie musicians at Holland Village's Wala Wala Café Bar. Having been open for 15 years, the casual chill atmosphere has become known among its alt rock patrons as Singapore's hip place to hang, and hip place to grab a mic and get your new album heard.

It's also where the crowds spill out onto the pavement of the traffic-free lane out front -- great for people watching, FYI -- and where the bright-yellow bar serves up a mean Happy Hour with one-for-one (till 9pm) beers, housepours with mixers and house wines.
