Singapore's best vegetarian restaurant
Singapore's best vegetarian restaurant -- Recommended: LingZhi

Traditional Chinese vegetarian dishes are often more about predictable mock meats and gluten, but LingZhi restaurant turns that around with its haute vegetarian dishes.
Part of the forward-looking Tung Lok group of restaurants, the culinary brigade at LingZhi expertly combines, contrasts and complements flavors, such as fusing the earthy overtones of mushroom with a tangy twist of fruit and vegetables.
Signature dishes include monkey head mushrooms with dried chili, a delicious -- and very duck-like -- vegetarian roast duck and a tangy-sweet pineapple fried rice.
There’s also a take-out counter for vegetarian pastries and dim sum and perhaps the best vote of confidence is this -- the restaurant counts many non-vegetarians as regulars.
