The 40-seater dining enclave on the second level of Au Petit Salut is the culinary world of chef Karl Dobler, who only cooks upon request. Some of his signature dishes, such as the crispy beer roasted juicy suckling pig with apple and shallots, fendant potatoes and star anise sauce, have understandably, made a reprise due to popular demand by his regular fans.
