Le Tonkin
Try the Cha Ca La Vong, and Beef Pho in Le Tonkin's courtyard.

We agree, roses are a bit cliché to show outpourings of your sappy self to your true love, but you can still score serious romance points at Le Tonkin -- Singapore's dining aphrodesiac.

The restaurant will take care of the charm with dark bamboo furniture, soft lighting, and French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine, but if you want to up the intimacy quotient, request a courtyard table, then order the Cha Ca La Vong ($28) -- grilled seabass with herbs. As for what you do after Le Tonkin, well, we'll leave that up to you, Don Juan.
