Chef Patrick Heuberger may have traded his chef whites
and a kitchen brigade for a simpler life, but some of his signature dishes can be found at
Le Bistrot du Sommelier.
Case in point: The much-sought after Cote de Boeuf, a carnivore’s dream
consisting of a one-kilogram oven-roasted, bone-in, Angus prime rib.
“It’s not a steakhouse but the
best steak I've had and the way I like it," says Shermay Lee from Shermay’s Cooking
School.
