There is an array of dim sum choices at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck, including a spectacular Peking duck dish.
A staple and highlight of most dim sum lunches is an order of Peking duck.
When Alfred Leung's Imperial Treasures group rolled out their Peking duck concept in The Paragon shopping mall, diners began making reservations for its signature dish.
Done in a traditional Beijing rather than Hong Kong manner, the skin is sliced with a generous amount of meat, and is lightly scented by the lychee wood used in the oven.
The meat however is just one part of its success. The hand-made flour crepe, which is thin and yet elastic, is a true winner.
