COVA Pasticceria
The original COVA Pasticceria – Confetteria was established in Milan in 1817 and now has outlets in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

It’s such a luxury to have time for a slow coffee and cake in the middle of the afternoon -- no one but socialites and suits have any such inclination, but on those rare afternoons when the opportunity presents itself, COVA's one of the best places where time stands still.

Anyone who has ever spent any length of time in Milan or Hong Kong will be familiar with the COVA brand. The pastries, cakes and chocolates are made from longtime family-kept recipes. A must-try are their new range of Mono Cakes, just 6cm in diameter or length (depending on the shape of the cake) they include unique flavors such as peanut feuillentine, oatmeal sundae and lemon chiffon cake.

Other COVA signatures from the a la carte menu include Mozart, a one-meal salad, homemade ravioli filled with braised veal cheek and light thyme sauce, and homemade pappardelle with duck ragout and white truffle oil.

All kitchen staff go through training in Milan, so you know you’re getting authentic Italian meals here. And they are no slouches either – all the pastries, cakes, breads and cookies are freshly baked every morning at 5am and ready before 9am for breakfast. Grazie COVA.

American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash
