The beer brewed on site is unpasteurized and unfiltered, and has no added chemicals or preservatives.

The restaurant plates up classic Australian dishes like the Down Under Steak and kidney pie cooked with dark beer and a puff pastry dome. The drink list is packed with choice wines from Australia and New Zealand, and specialty beers freshly brewed on site such as The Pump Room Lager. Also brewed onsite are the less Aussie, but nonetheless tasty, Scottish Ale, India Pale Ale and Wheat Ale.
If you still have life left after the booze and banter, Jive Talkin' rock the house, performing pop, rock and jazz every night (except Mondays) from 10pm until whenever the crowd dies.
