We applaud this strength-in-numbers effort by eight of the city’s trendiest eco design brands to champion intelligent green design and responsible manufacturing in China at Nest.
All products in the sunny (well, when the sun's out) Taikang Lu loft are made from natural, renewable or recyclable materials created by locally based artisans and cottage industries. Our favorites: Bambu’s hand-coiled cork and bamboo kitchenware; organic cotton baby clothes by Wobabybasics and non-toxic cardboard and plywood furniture from A00 Architects.
The designers at Nest also pool efforts to promote green living in Shanghai.
