Shanghai Pride 2010: Drag yourself along
Forgetting last year's setbacks, ShanghaiLGBT is ready to throw a Shanghai Pride week of shameless proportions. Image from Flickr user -Marlith-June is just around the corner and that means one thing: Shanghai Pride, ShanghaiLGBT's event of shameless proportions, is nearly upon us.
After last year’s rather shaky success, ShanghaiLGBT, one of the city’s largest rainbow-loving coalitions, is back and ready for another week-long celebration of diversity: Shanghai Pride 2010. Expect the same parties, screenings, panels and drag queens, but bigger, better and prouder after an additional year of planning.
To organize festivities of this glorious magnitude, they’re going to need a lot of help and have put out a call for volunteers. They’re looking for any pair of free hands: fund raisers, event organizers, designers and photographers.
