If you're looking for your big break, it could be with Zuloo Productions
Get ready to pantomime your way through a Disney classic -- "Aladdin."Zuloo Productions, a local branch of the UK based “grass roots theatre organization that produces theatre for the benefit and enjoyment of the community,” is looking for actors for their next production: "Aladdin."
The catch: "Aladdin" is the company’s annual pantomime show.
If you’re up for a challenge -- and could use the padding on your acting CV -- stop in at Pricilla Restaurant’s Restaurant (Bldg D, 2/F, 1147 Kangding Lu near Wuning Nan Lu 康定路1147号D楼号2楼, 近武宁南路 ) on October 25 or November 1 for an audition.
If "Aladdin" isn't your thing, you can always try Zuloo Productions improv labs every Wednesday. Or stay tuned to their Google group for information on this year’s big production -- David Henry Hwang's 1988 Tony Award Winning "M. Butterfly." It’ll take place at the end of November and be directed by Daniel Connelley.
