By Joseph Jones 13 September, 2010Between 1928 and 1937 Communist party members and other political agitators were imprisoned, executed and buried within the confines of the infamous Kuomintang prison.
In 1995 it became the Longhua Revolutionary Martyr’s Cemetery, as a memorial to those who had died in the struggle to bring socialism to China.

Memorial Hall hours: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., closed on Mondays.
Cost: RMB 1 for entry to park, RMB 5 for entry to the Memorial Hall.
