Chinese fans mourn Michael Jackson's death. With one of Shanghai’s largest cinema’s taking in RMB 1 million in the first two days of the Michael Jackson memorial film, “This Is It,” there’s no doubt about the late singer's popularity in China.
The logical next step: a Michael Jackson memorial concert.
Planned for January 8, 2010, “Edward Moss, an American actor widely regarded as the World No. 1 impersonator of the king of pop will lead the concert,” reports Shanghai Daily.
So well-known for his impersonation of Jackson that Jackson himself was known to hire Moss to stand in for him.
Moss will perform the Michael Jackson memorial concert at the Shanghai Grand Stage. Tickets aren’t on sale yet, but keep your wallets near by, they will be soon.
