The USCGC 'Rush' is the same ship that docked in Qingdao in June 2006.The American tradition of Fleet Week came to Shanghai this week when the U.S. Coast Guard cutter 'Rush' docked on November 1 for a six-day visit. Fleet Week -- in which U.S. Navy vessels pull into port cities and disgorge tons of happy sailors -- is such a renowed institution in the United States that it's got its own Sex and the City episode.
