Top item at present -- wait for it -- Steve Jobs' jeans.
That's right: the latest buying craze in the city's department stores seems to have been influenced not by trendy celebs or designers, but by the legwear of an unexpected fashion leader.
Some 96 merchants surveyed by Shinsegae Department Store said Steve Jobs' favorite jeans were the most popular item in the legwear category, reported JoongAng Ilbo.
According to the Shinsegae report, the Levi's 501 jeans, known as "the Steve Jobs' jeans" were completely sold out at Korea's third largest department store following the Apple founder's death on October 5.
