Clothing restored: Mumbai's recycle fashion workshop
The sign outside the Taxxi & Vitamin K boutique reads "Lost wives and girlfriends found here", they could add "Lonely saris and desperate dupattas" to that list now. Nitya and Juhi bring with them a knowledge of textile art and craft and two very big scissors.
The Recycle Fashion Workshop (January 23 to 29) transforms your threads (your old shirts, dresses, denims and scarves) into custom-made new clothes and bags. Even old duppattas and saris are welcome.
