Prive
There's something a little souless about the decor at Prive that's all sleek but no substance.

It tried very hard to be Mumbai’s chicest nightclub. Prive started out as a members-only club, which guaranteed it would attract great hype. The city’s beautiful and well dressed and loaded flocked to the late-night hot spot, complete with private tables, some only accessible by stepping over water features.

Not much has changed three years hence. Inane house DJs, a glamorous crowd and private Dom Perignon alcove continue to make it one of the fanciest places to drink in Mumbai, though the club now accepts (shock horror) walk-in patrons -- for a price.

The men behind it are restaurateur and man-about-town Aditya Kilachand and vintner Vikrant Chougule and they still have a club that draws locals, expats, international visitors and the odd Bollywood celeb. It is a definite scene inside Prive with prices to match so if that's your thing, you can always live it up here.

They accept:
Mastercard, Visa, Cash
