Jet Airways adds blueFROG, Mumbai's hottest live music venue, to its in-flight music mix
If you're ever in Mumbai you should hop by blueFROG in Lower Parel for live music, dinner and drinks. Two fun little 'firsts' for in-flight services in India in the last two months have both come out of Mumbai.
India's first on-board movie rental service called ETOM launched in April at Mumbai's domestic airport, and this month an Indian nightclub launches its own in-flight music channel.
Acclaimed Mumbai nightclub blueFROG now has its own playlist -- blueFROG on-air -- as part of Jet Airways' in-flight entertainment package.
blueFROG on-air's compilation is a good measure of the contemporary musical temperature in India's entertainment capital, with a mix of Hindie acoustic, rocking television show soundtracks, Indian electronic dance music and spirited local bands like Indus Creed, Pentagram and Something Relevant all featuring.
