Ambani's Antilia: World's first billion dollar house(warming) in Mumbai

Please come see our new flat? What on earth can Mukesh Ambani have written as he invites guests to preview the largest home in the world on October 28?
Ambani Antilia
"Nita, who's landing a helicopter at dawn? The kids better not be having a party."

The Times of India confirms that Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, India's largest private sector company, will move his family of five into 400,000 square feet on Mumbai's Altamount Road around this Diwali season.

According to Forbes the elder Ambani brother could be the richest man in the world by 2014, so let's see how this Mumbaiker's gearing up for that very real possibility:

Antilia is a 27 floor (560 feet or 173 meter) skyscraper named after a mythical island in the Atlantic.

The top floors will be home for 53-year-old Mukesh, his wife Nita and children Akash, Anant and Isha.

Course it has a spa and swimming pools, but also a movie theatre with a seating capacity for 50, a meeting center, a garden spread over three floors and a ballroom.

Six levels of parking for more than 160 cars and your own garage auto-shop, on top of which is the lobby, and nine elevators.

Three helipads on the roof top include an air traffic control area.

Who needs a Mumbai when you've got your own city?
