A chance for 25 Indigo Deli fans to whip up a gourmet meal with chef Jaydeep Mukherjee.
After the original Colaba restaurant did so well, Malini and Rahul Akerkar's New-York style delicatessen Indigo Deli set some tables up in Palladium mall in Lower Parel.
To celebrate the new deli's first birthday the man behind the menu, Chef Jaydeep Mukherjee, will have 25 participants whip up four gastronomic flavours from the menu.
There will be a roasted tomato and basic soup, camembert soufflé with garlic confit, saffron gnocchi with grilled asparagus and artichoke in organic lemon butter and fresh mango, white chocolate and mascarpone freeze.
Book early, seats are limited.
