The Powermat is now available for pre-sale ordering in Hong Kong. This gadget debuted in the United States last October and nearly a million have been sold over there.
This ultra-thin platform will allow you to charge the batteries of many of your can't-live-without electronic devices, sans wires. The video above features a full demo of the Powermat by their alluring she-borg spokesperson. We wonder how long it will be before an IKEA collaboration spawns self-assemble, Powermat-embedded desks.
The gadget is now available in Hong Kong for HK$998 through Leader Radio Technology.
