A Bathing Ape's Nigo in town for Chocoolate anniversary

For their third birthday, Hong Kong brand Chocoolate gets special treatment from A Bathing Ape

Hong Kong clothing brand Chocoolate, known for their hyper-simple casual wear in black and white, have teamed up with Japanese streetwear cult brand A Bathing Ape for an anniversary line.

The result is "Chocoolape," a reworking of A Bathing Ape's classic circular logo. T-shirts and trucker hats emblazoned with the logo will be on sale starting Friday November 6 at noon at a pop-up store at the apm mall. On November 7, a black and gold edition of the anniversary line will go on sale at Chocoolate's Tsim Sha Tsui branch.

A Bathing Ape's fearless leader, Japanese designer Nigo, will even make an appearance at Chocoolate's Tsim Sha Tsui store to give out mystery t-shirts to winners of a lucky draw. Prepare for a Bape-clad stampede.
