Susan Ann Sulley, Joanne Catherall and Philip Oakey, the trio of Brit vocalists that comprise an electro-pop tour de force.
New Wave deities The Human League will play Hong Kong's KITEC midway through October. The band are now into their fourth decade as musical maestros and have influenced countless performers including Madonna, La Roux, Moby, Pet Shop Boys, Little Boots and Parralox.
Songs by The Human League you need to know right now:
If you don't know their multi-million selling single from 1981 that's become so iconic it virtually has national treasure status, you've been living under a mountain of a rock: Don't You Want Me?
In 1984, vocalist and songwriter Philip Oakey found success outside of the League with a song from the soundtrack to the film "Electric Dreams." It became so successful that the band have now incorporated it into their setlist: Together In Electric Dreams.
Those two tracks were from their heyday in the 1980s, how about a taste of the modern League? From their new album "Credo" released earlier this year, check out Never Let Me Go.
