Halloween revelers went all out for the city-wide fancy dress party

The Father of Lan Kwai Fong, Allan Zeman, told people not to freak out over Halloween revelers' ghoulish costumes in an SCMP article.
"Come on, it's a time to relax and release," he said.
The man first put on a Halloween event 21 years ago and recalls locals making fun of the costumes worn by Westerners.
Halloween is now Hong Kong's biggest party in October, with locals and expats going all out on their costumes. Here are our snapshots from this year's festivities.
