Steik World Meats opened recently at the K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui and we're salivating at the thought of thick bloody slabs of red meat from the best butchers around the world.

The steak menu at Steik World Meats encompasses meat from, arguably, the world's five best beef producers: United States, Australia, Scotland, Japan, and Argentina. In particular, the grass-fed Aberdeen Black Angus is from H.M. the Queen's appointed beef supplier in Scotland and the Japanese Saga beef with A4 marble also sounds like it will become a favorite of Nippon-philiac Hong Kong palates.

But what is truly eater-friendly is the Steik World Meats tasting plate that we imagine suits Asian diners accustomed to trying a little bit of everything on the table. The plate includes 7oz portions of Scottish grass-fed sirloin, Australian wagyu tenderloin, and grain-fed rib-eye from the United States, a good range of textures and flavors for steak afficionados to chew on.
