Hong Kong duo: Au Wing Chi hits the ball while Chiu Wing Yin looks on during the women's squash final yesterday. Chiu took gold 3-1.

Must know: Hong Kong ended yesterday at no. 4 on the East Asian Games medals table. With a total of 23 medals, the SAR is performing its best ever at the games.

Must do: "Excavation" is open at the Shenzhen and Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture. The 2500 square meter installation is a fantasy archaeological site from the future, where the remains of a present-day street market are 'excavated.' A 30-year-old market booth from Central was relocated to the site.

Must see: "Khamsa" plays tonight at the French Cinepanorama. The film is about the titular figure Khamsa as a young boy growing up in a gypsy camp. It was selected for the Locarno and the Toronto International Film Festival both last year.
