This Singapore eatery has built up its wild popularity in Hong Kong and all over mainland China by nailing their recipes for things like drunken chicken and la mian (hand-pulled wheat noodles) with chicken soup. But it is the xiao long bao that takes the cake: pork dumplings that burst with broth when bitten into. The combination of tender pork and condensed broth overwhelms tastebuds with hot meaty goodness. Careful though, the broth can be scaldingly hot.
