BLT Steak: Steak, stylishly

Chef Laurent Tourondel is trying to change our experience of the American steakhouse with his BLT Steak restaurants all over the United States and now in Hong Kong.

They may be celebrated for their hearty portions but traditional American steakhouses are hardly renowned for sophisticated menus or chic surrounds. BLT Steak is Tourondel's way of reinventing the steak house, changing the way we think, eat and immerse ourselves in the steakhouse environment.

BLT Steak in Hong Kong overlooks Victoria Harbour and features an antique brick interior and soft lighting reminiscent of a French bistro, BLT Steak also has outdoor seating offering a casual vibe. You’ll find the usual steak fare as well as contemporary seafood dishes such as tuna tartare with avocado and soy-lime dressing.
