Yumla: Down and dirty

Yumla is about a down and dirty good time. Small musical acts take center stage in the slightly grimy, grafitti-covered late-night destination with a modest dance floor. 

A great respite from the average blinged-out Lan Kwai Fong joint playing last year's hip hop on a loop, Yumla brings in lesser-known acts in genres like indie, breaks, drum and bass, and hip hop. The space fills up with a casually dressed, seriously partying crowd late into the night.
