CNNGo TV hits San Francisco
CNNGo TV continues its world tour with a tour through the City by the Bay. There's way too much great stuff going on to fit it all in, but we managed to pick out some highlights.
CNNGo producer Alex Zolbert had the misfortune of camping out for a few hours to shoot the timelapse above, for one. But below are a few others.

Ferry Building Marketplace
It's hard to miss the landmark building along the waterfront. But for directions, as well as the hours of the Farmer's Market, head to the link below:

Museum of Modern Art
Mario Botta's SFMOMA building is an iconic spot in the South of Market district, or SoMa (anything cool gets abbreviated of course).
The building has been around for more than 15 years. But in 2009, the MOMA opened a roof garden that serves as an urban sanctuary of sorts in the middle of the bustling city center.
Tank Hill
While we've seen many stunning views through our CNNGo travels, perhaps no vantage point tops that of the one from Tank Hill above the Castro.
Hats off to Bike Messenger Jim Riley of Godspeed Couriers who pedaled his way up to this stunning lookout. Poor guy is still catching his breath.

de Young Museum
The visually stunning de Young Museum is nestled in the middle of Golden Gate Park, just across from the California Academy of Sciences. Its Friday night series is an attempt to transform the space into one part art museum, one part music venue, one part bar/lounge.
Wave Organ
Water is of course everywhere you look in San Francisco. And one unique vantage point, as well as listening post, is the Wave Organ. It's located along a jetty in the Marina district.
The unique "wave-activated acoustic sculpture" was developed and built back in 1986 thanks to Peter Richards and George Gonzales.

Coffee creations
San Francisco's coffee culture offers countless options for caffeine addicts -- from Blue Bottle to Ritual to Four Barrel. A recent entrant on the scene is Sightglass, on 7th Street near Folsom, where the two creators show customers more of the coffee roasting process.
Thanks to acclaimed Chef Corey Lee for steering us in the right direction. Also worth a mention is the fact that Corey's new restaurant Benu is drawing rave reviews: www.benusf.com.
