CNNGo TV in Bangkok: What's on and when
A view of Bangkok from one of the city's best roof top bars, featured on CNNGo TV. This month CNNGo TV heads to Bangkok, where we meet a diverse cast of locals.
One of Thailand's most renowned architects, Duangrit Bunnag, shows viewers a little-known village on the outskirts of the city, where locals live as they have for more than 100 years. We head into the kitchen of restaurant Bo.lan and meet two young chefs who are using innovative ingredients to put a new spin on traditional Thai dishes.
And forget the tourist markets. We check out a couple of specialty venues where locals shop, then head into the boutique of one of the country's talented young fashion designers -- Pim Sukhahuta, head designer of Sretsis.
Iconic Thai singer Gene Kasidit takes us to one of his favorite city hangouts, while celebrity talk show host Woody Milintachinda tips us off to the bars and clubs of "RCA" -- a.k.a Royal City Avenue.
