Best reason to call in sick Friday morning: Boys Noize at 808

Famed German DJ and music producer Alexander Ridha, aka Boys Noize, will man the decks at RCA’s 808 Nightclub Thursday night.

It's the first time the dance music force will appear in Thailand. Brought in for the six-year anniversary party for Bangkok music promoter Retox, Ridha has worked alongside musical heavyweights like the Chemical Brothers, Depeche Mode, Snoop Dogg and Justice. Last year his track  "Jeffer" went on to win “Best Song” at the Independent Music Awards in London.

Just be prepared to take a sick day on Friday. The party doesn't officially start till midnight, so we can guarantee it will be a late one as there's an open bar from 9-11 p.m. and warm up sets by locals DJ Knatz, Superzaap Crew and DJ Ballistic.
