Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin

One of two Thai restaurants on our "Best New Restaurant" list with a Michelin credential, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin was dreamed up by chef Henrik Yde-Andersen of Michelin-starred Thai restaurant Kiin Kiin, and Thai gastronomist Lertchai Treetawatchaiwong.

Molecular gastronomy and deconstruction are among the buzz words used by foodies to describe Sra Bua's unique creations. 

Science aside, our Best Eats judges say the food is just plain fun. 

Some of the more interesting dishes at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin include the "gang dang" frozen red curry with lobster salad, tom ka cornette (that's right, curry soup in ice cream cones) and orchid salad with grilled beef and spicy marinade.

It's about time Bangkokians were given a restaurant that takes Thai cuisine to a new level.
