Palazzo’s linguine all’aragosta di scoglio is a thing of magnificence.
Palazzo is Italian for palace. Despite its name, this ambassador house-turned-restaurant serves homestyle Italian fare in a warm, easy-going atmosphere.
Here, diners are overwhelmed by choice as there are up to 100 Italian favorites, from antipasti to pizzas, to choose from. With a menu this big, naturally there are hits and misses, but overall the kitchen does a respectable job especially with its homemade pasta cooked to al dente perfection.
For those looking for more bang for the buck, there’s a lunch buffet, starting at 280 baht. At this price, you are granted unlimited visits to the buffet spread of cold cuts, salads, appetizers and soups. Pay 450 baht, and you’ll also get your choice of main, dessert, coffee/tea and a glass of wine.
