Bill Marinelli, the owner of Oyster Bar Bangkok and seafood importer to most of Bangkok's five-star hotels, is not a bashful man. He can often be heard barking at his staff to shuck faster, arrive earlier and hold the knife safely (it's an open kitchen).

But he knows and loves oysters -- he is known in seafood circles around the world as ''The Oyster King" -- and he's pleased to teach you the art, too.

Bill and his accessibility make Oyster Bar Bangkok a lot of fun, but it’s his determination to provide patrons with the rare, tasty seafood hotels never know to order that makes it the most unique seafood dining experience in the city. 

Oyster Bar Bangkok gets different, fresh stock every Tuesday and Friday. The menu, which is exclusively seafood, changes accordingly. Yet while selection varies, oyster are always on the menu and Bill is betting you will love them.
