For non-drinking types, Lollipop is a worthy place to visit for its homey Thai fare and friendly vibe.
While not exactly a Bangkok secret, Lollipop is a Thai house turned pub and restaurant located in a rather secluded spot, away from the commotion of nearby bar-filled Pra Nakorn.
Lollipop is bedecked in pastels, beaded curtains, retro knick-knacks, feel-good paintings and bold leather seating, rendering the place rather timid despite a killer line-up of local indie bands that famously rock the place nightly.
To get to Lollipop, steer away from Ratchadamnoen Road into the Kork Wua intersection, maneuvering into hidden Mahannop Road.
