D'Sens is the brainchild of the Michelin-starred Pourcel brothers from southern France.

The view from D’Sens, located on the 22nd floor of the Dusit Thani hotel, presents Bangkok as a quiet, clean and organized city. The dining room mirrors this with straight lines and bold colors.

The restaurant’s food -- French cuisine -- is equally disciplined, and the combination of these elements is virtually enough to make one forget where one is. Which, we reckon, isn’t such a bad thing once in a while.

D’Sens is the brainchild of the Michelin-starred Pourcel brothers from southern France, and their love of southern French flavors and an obsession with seafood and game have resulted in dishes such as pan-fried cod fish, oxtail beef and duck liver, lentil stew and mushroom emulsion.
